DAILY RATES

Ocean Gateway Garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year. Rates are based on each new day of business which begins daily at 6am until 6am the following day.

• 1 hour or less: $3.50
• 1 hour - 2 hours: $6.00
• Each additional hour or fraction thereof: $2.50
• Maximum 24 hour rate: $31.00
• Lost Tickets:
  • Pay maximum rate: $31.00
  • Exiting after 10pm until 8am the following day: $50.00
  • Positive ID will be required

MONTHLY PASS

Our Monthly Parking Pass is our most popular program, allowing customers guaranteed access 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. This Monthly Pass Program rate is $130.00 and allows you to come and go as many times per day as needed. Download Application (PDF)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cash, (no bills over $20), VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover are accepted forms of payment. Monthly customers may enroll to manage their accounts by going to the Standard Parking Monthly Parking Online Payment Service page.

AUTOMATION

When convenience is your #1 priority and every second counts, we offer fast, simple, fully-automated parking service. Once you have entered the facility by pulling a ticket, be sure to take your ticket with you.

Before returning to your vehicle, proceed to the automated Pay Stations located in the elevator lobby next to the garage office. These Pay Stations accept parking payments, tender any change due, issue you a customer receipt, and validate your parking ticket.

Please be sure to take your validated parking ticket with you; you will need it to exit the garage

Credit Cards are also accepted in the exit lanes.
